HDR is combining minimum 3 exposure to boost dynamic range... ie bring out details on shadow and highlight area.
Not a good photo but the only one I have at the moment. I used HDR to keep the highlights of the convenient store and boost the shadows which will otherwise be just pure black

Agreed:) especially on " ie bring out details on shadow and highlight area." this is my intention of this test shots^^ Not a good photo but the only one I have at the moment. I used HDR to keep the highlights of the convenient store and boost the shadows which will otherwise be just pure black
IMAG0011 by vmwt, on FlickrI find the overall exposure on shadows and highlight are much more even (without overblown or too dark), but without a BSI sensor, capturing ultra-low dim light is harsh for 808 (which is old FSI type by the way)
Actually i would like to extend this HDR+panorama idea to create beach shots, but soon i realized is not possible to capture natural wave pattern across the screen LOL, still i would like to try once if i have the chance again~
Wow, how i missed Taiwan already just by seeing your post, just been there last year (and get trigger happy to take photo everyday haha)^^ By the way nice shots from you bro. keep em' coming
