first of all,

download TL-MR3420_V2_120703 from here

go to 192.168.1.1 ( in any browser )

login the LuCI interfaces

Go to System -> Backup/Flash Firmware > Reset to Default

Then go to flash new firmware image,

Untick keep setting,

Browse to tplink original firmware (TL-MR3420_V2_120703 u download just now > flash

and wait for 1~3min,.. (router will be bricked if sudden power off or let power cut off in this period )

go to 192.168.0.1 ( back in stock firmware default login username admin and password is admin too )

then from there u can either :

- upgrade to latest stock firmware 121206 version or beta version above from 120703 version

- direct setup your stock firmware

enjoy

is the insufficient power supply affect the DNS thingy ? since i try with ipad power adapter . . it seems stable abit but there's also disconnection but no so frequent compared to the origin power adapter . .
so far test with my sister modem huawei E1762 working fine but that e392 i just use around 1 month only . . feel soo rugi kalau kena beli yg baru . .  sad.gif  sad.gif  cry.gif  cry.gif

so no solution ?  sad.gif  sad.gif
*
i myself using a huawei E392 with TL-MR3420 V2,..

with wifi on 40MHz and everything is fine,.. can last 6~8 days before any Disconnected

guess your router have serious power supply issue on the board itself,.

Guys, TL-MR3020 got bandwidth control function? it does not mention one on official website, but 3040 does support bandwidth controlling.
So, 3020 = Qos, 3040 Bandwidth control. why cant have both ? doh.gif
Also, still no support for Hilink E3276? Huntsman firmware got Bandwidth control function or not sweat.gif

I have hard time finding a 4G router that can control bandwidth + support Hilink E3276. (my roommate always streaming video while i was gaming, sometimes i will lag till DC lol)
B593 is out my budget i think sweat.gif
While DIR 510L seems support QoS but it's expensive (150 SGD), can buy 3x TLMR 3020 already lol.
*
first golden rules,

never share your internet,. icon_idea.gif

and it seems like you need the QoS ( ip QoS ) instead of bandwidth control in your situation,..

as far as i remember, TPlink router QoS ( IP QoS ) only work for 3G not 4G,..

huntsman rooter only have the Smart QoS like Asus router,.. not the IP QoS bandwidth control,..

Oh I thought there might be some setting in the Rooter fw to force the modem to connect to specific ip. sad.gif
It seems the only way to do it is by using the traditional connect-disconnect method.
*
i search all of this before,.. no luck,

so u can search for it under the add on in openwrt or rooter and try your luck biggrin.gif
