It wasn't too bad. I didn't unlock bootloader, that would require some extra work. Plus it wipes usrdata and internal memory.

Yeah, rooting 290 would be harder. I'm assuming you have to also unlook bootloader and manual flash 290
*
nope i dun think so.. to root 290 u need custom recovery, and to install custom recovery u only need root access.. dun need to unlock bootloader inm..

*

because it is micro-coated from within for waterproof purpose, same goes to the speaker and that's why our speaker is not as powerful as others..

edit:
some of the phone had water damage might be due to manufacturer defect..
better start with a small test to make sure that ur phone is really working instead of when it's really needed to be waterproof only u found that its actually defect doh.gif

anyway, its quite fun when ur frens say that their phones are dirty need to wipe and i just wash my phone XD

I think all Malaysia set have LTE.
*
Easiest way, Setting > More > Mobile networks > Network Mode, you should have LTE (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM

Anyone have noticed this bug?

I have been noticing that sometimes when I unlock my screen, my WiFi switches on automatically. hmm.gif

I'm sure it is off and is switched on by itself.

Any possibility its because of Location-based wifi?
