Any1 here tried the nfc before? I try to receive pic fr other device.it cant receive n pop out the play store apps.but when send to other device, it doesnt have any problem at all. Any sifu here gt way to solve this? Tqvm

im not sure.. most probably its the samsung gallery apps problem.. tried with my friends many.. htc and sony to sony no problems.. only samsung to sony will appear google links.. might be gallery problem.. nvm try others photo album apps la..

so, maybe the Sbeam is only meant for samsung to samsung only?

same.. samsung cant sbeam to sony.. but sony can send things through s-beam to samsung.. im not sure why.. the only way is send through bluetooth by picking up devices manually..

534 is older firmware vs 257. Use flashtool to flash the 534 ftf firmware file. Than use vroot to root n update through OTA to 257. Before that use supersu pro or voodoo ota rootkeeper to preserve root first before update through OTA.

nillkin case actually very tight.. and cause the things happened.. ssame to me in my ZL and friends XS

Same case with my Note 3 before, case only cover side not top n bottom, got calar on the unprotective part.. now using full silicone case, bit fat but cover all angle except the front screen area. .

well i have problem on updating to .257 using OTA..no matter how many times i've tried.
previously rooted using vroot
the only way i can upgrade is via PC companion

aiyoo...sounds like a lot of job. not backup anything yet but i guess i can try since i already started my long  offweek.
then maybe try the xda root method.

or can i just unroot from the superuser thing & try the xda method instead b4 doing factory reset?

So it's normal that my phone comes with fw 257 right? I thought all stock fw for z1 should be 534. Haha. Cos if not mistaken 534 can root, and 257 can't.

How do you all cool / lessen the heating? I'm still using this phone nakedly. Imo will be worse after I bought a book casing lo

Haha, my definition of hot is when I rest my phone on the back of my arm. If its burning, then its hot  Not syiok de play pvz2. Play 1 or 2 games then hot like hell de. My old ipod touch also not that hot after 4-5 games 
Which app to control the cpu freq? I still haven't rooted my phone. Have to flash to 534 first 

At the end of the day i think its normal to have heat on your phone after heavy usage of apps such as games. I had the same issue when i used iPhone 4. No matter what device you use these days, all has this issue. Its the same as laptop and computers. It also gets heated up on heavy usage but the only differences is that laptops and computers have better cooling system using fan. Mobile phones don't have fans. And for the size, the only way is to create proper heat distribution and thats the best you can do. No matter how hot my device gets, its still bearable. Unless something is really wrong with your device.

so, have anyone seen if sony have similar heat warning light?

haha... i see... even i didn't underclock also never face overheat shutdown/warning before.

on my laptop got few times la. after long use on my bed (due to heat dissipation covered), it got really hot and shutdown itself. but no harm done la

it does, some functions such as camera wont function if Z1 over heat. try do outdoor photo activity, snap many photo non-stop and later you will get alert that camera will turn of due to over heat or something. its nice feature and i think most now days smart phone has it.

if we pull out the shatter proof sheet on top of the screen does the warrnty void?
