Been playing around also cannot get it to show chinese. I think you will need to fully flash an asian csc. If you wanna try can just flash Malaysian CSC.

Really. I find glass sp way much easier to apply than conventional sp. As long as you can align it properly it will just drop into place.

Bootloader cos they are flashing full stock rom that comes with it.

CSC cos some functions are missing with uk CSC.

Yes mj7 have different bootloader. But since you flash it with mop then you did not have it as mop does not flash bootloader.

Bootloader cannot be downgrade. If you have new bootloader probable compatibility issue is mainly with older modem.

You probably can still flash back old rom but need to stick to newer modem.
