As long as the permission is set right, you can straight away use the keyboard without FC. Problem is there is no auto correct.

Auto correct is if you type wrong it will automatically change the word to the correct one without you need to select manually. You can test with stock keyboard and compare to the chinese one.

Both language got subsymbol. But i rather use stock samsung keyboard. Had activated subsymbol for stock keyboard as well through csc.

What do you mean? You mean you cannot select chinese language for samsung keyboard? That is because UK csc got no chinese language to select from.

You need to edit the language.xml in /system/csc.

In the input support list you need to add
CODE
zh;

if do not work add instead
CODE
zh_CN;zh_TW;
