That i think is a csc thingy. Try using note 2 hidden settings app. Also check wanam got this or not.

Instead keep switching csc, have you guys try editing current csc to get whatever settings you want.

Open up the zip file. Inside should have system folder. Open the system folder got lots of other folder. Only need the lib folder contents. The apk is in app folder.
