QUOTE(acbc @ Nov 17 2013, 11:28 AM) Any diff between the 3G and LTE models? Found a buyer for my 3G model so will grab the LTE model soon. Is exactly same specs except LTE model supports LTE only. My LTE set however has a more obvious yellowish tone vs my previous 3G set.

QUOTE(Keishi89 @ Nov 18 2013, 05:39 PM) ok boss, back on topic. Last weekend i encounter this weird bug on my ZU, the battery finished so I charged it. After around 30 minutes i pulled out the cable but the charging led light was still on, the red light still on and the on button not responding. A bit panic, i even open the side flap and press the small red button to force shut down but didnt work. Eventually i just to the reset, press both volume button and on/off button. And problem solved, anyone else encounter this problem? Don't ever allow the battery to discharge completely. You are lucky you can restart phone after charge. I thought the phone will auto switch off after 4% as reported by another user. Inbuilt battery gadgets is best to resume charge after 5% left to avoid difficulty to switch it back on at one go. I have bad experience unable to restart my nexus n fonepad when battery drain to empty. I resort to open back casing n pull off battery connectors n reconnect it to restart it. Don't think you can do such for the XZU. This post has been edited by benny888: Nov 18 2013, 05:53 PM

QUOTE(hightechgadgets8 @ Nov 19 2013, 11:56 AM) any1 know what is the piece of paper above the sim tray. it didnt affect any functions so i left it there.
I think that piece of paper is to detect whether any water is sipped into phone ?? I just leave it there n there should be a purpose why it is inside the phone

QUOTE(unknowngenius @ Nov 19 2013, 10:11 PM) Do you all actually answered a phone call in public with this phone before? It's like holding up a piece of tile... I do it often n I find it completely acceptable. I don't feel funny holding it to my ears. I would say it is all a matter of your own perception of it. Those who use 7-8 inch tablets I would think is too big to be comfortable.

QUOTE(unknowngenius @ Nov 20 2013, 01:28 AM) I can't imagine How do you all carry the phone may i ask? In your pockets? Pouch? Or hand-carry? Always in my baggy pants n 3/4 shorts side pockets. I can even fit my Nexus 7 into it. Comfortable n no pocketability issues. I never wear jeans n in fact in my 50+ years has never wear a single pair of it. I just hate the sight of it. Most reviews points the QX10 is not a worthwhile buy vs QX100. However the QX100 is terribly more expensive.

QUOTE(un_id @ Nov 29 2013, 03:15 PM) I bought this sandisk just now.. Stated class 10, but when I test, the write speed is only around 4mb/s.. Does that mean this is a fake card? Mine write speeds is 11mb/s n I have 4 of it. Does it have Vector Digital or MCM distributor stickers as these are authorized Msian distributors.

QUOTE(un_id @ Nov 29 2013, 05:59 PM) bought RM100 only.. haha.. thats why i was attracted.. 64gb for RM100 is a good deal.. but maybe too good to be true!! Looking at the price is unlikely original which sells for rm 180-190. And local Sandisk is lifetime warranty not limited to 5 years

QUOTE(hafiz.apis @ Dec 1 2013, 07:26 AM) nop... don't know what happened... put it in my pocket and when i took the phone out it already cracked... serious??? em.. don't know if it is worth to repair or not since the price is outrageous... did anyone cracked the screen before??? I remember one user reported he was quoted nearly RM1.1K to replace it in the previous thread. Actually is not worth to repair unless you really love the phone and plan to keep it at least next 2-3 years.

QUOTE(hafizaru @ Dec 23 2013, 04:16 PM) fellows, any clear justification or detail explaination (base on ur own xperience) XZU 3G VS XZU LTE??? urgently need the info & thanks in advance! LTE definitely for future proof. And if you are in KL is a no brainer as LTE coverage very wide. App support especially games more on LTE model. Resale value of LTE will be better too.
