The land title will show.
For a unit to enter lelong, bank will need to search the land title.
So current lease for Astoria is until year 2094 only.

Just scroll above. Last month at 392K but nobody interested.
Instead so many people waiting to grab when the price drop further.
Who know end up needing to buy at higher pricing.

Maybe the buyer sees something special in this unit.

The road leading to Astoria is crappy.

Lot of ugly looking stalls etc.

Surrounding it you have so many many units.

I haven’t done a detailed study but I believe between M City, arte, elements, reizz there should be close to 5000 units.

Anyways congrats to the buyer.

At reserve price 440K.
Single bidder won unchallenged.

Expecting more lelong units to check in from here next year.
