You just need to compare the brochure of their Damansara Foresta project and the actual delivered product, you will definitely stay away from this developer.

Hi everyone,

I visited the property fair in Midvalley and was amazed by Astoria’s concept. The question is are they really going to deliver what they advertised or displayed to us? Their concept is no doubt their selling point because it’s pretty much very cosy and closely link to nature. I’m in the dilemma whether should I buy this property. From their previous project Damansara a Foresta, it didn’t really do well as they did not actually deliver from their side. But is it because of the lower price tag of the project? Since Astoria is in KL Centre, are they obliged to deliver higher end products to the owners and top quality facilities?

P/S: Already placed booking but in a dilemma.

Take a visit to the site location. Is it really at KL Centre?

Still got a lot of unsold unit?? If u wan close to nature, would you consider those Elmina, near forest reserve?

I’m not sure about the quantity of the unsold units. I prefer high rise instead of landed. My working place is around KLCC. I’m open to suggestions from you guys. But overall is this developer good? Is it worth paying such a high price tag for their project.

If not mistaken this developer is the one who built elements @ Ampang, rooftop terrace was an unfulfilled promise as they just left it undone, a scroll to elements thread will further expose leaking problem and stuff like that, I’m also interested in Astoria but looking at Arte being auctioned at around $500psf, I’m holding back for now

The Certificate of Completion & Compliance issue dated 24 September 2020 and Official received on 9 October 2020 as per land & general web site.
Delay almost 3 months, can claim LAD at 10% of the purchase price.
