Land & General Bhd (L&G) and Malaysia Land Properties (Mayland) are teaming up for the second time to jointly develop 4 blocks of 45-47 storeys serviced apartment on Jalan Ampang Kiri, off Jalan Ampang with a gross development value (GDV) of RM789 million.

The proposed project will feature 1,216 units of service apartment and the site is adjoining with sister project The Elements @ Ampang and another project called Arte+@Jalan Ampang.

is it really oversupply? if it is...then why they keep supplying ? so jammed already...must be they see still got demand...sales all finish fast...can launch some more...crazy...

the MRT is not even approved and just a proposal only....
those Malaysian buyers for own stay in that area must think whether they made a right decision or not in anticipate of the jam, from worse to worst.

Nowadays the total number of units for new project must have more than 1000 otherwise developer no face....

Really miss those older low density projects...

When Elements(L&G and Mayland JV) start selling, they say got KLCC view. Then Arte Ampang come and block them. Now this new project also by L&G and Mayland come block them back. Its payback time thumbup.gif
