QUOTE(mohdyakup @ Mar 5 2017, 10:35 AM) That's tricky. Is it seconded from manpower agencies or seconded to any Petronas wholly owned or partly owned subsidiary? Seconded to pcsb sko oil. Didnt mention throught any manpower supply agency. The word seconded is confusing.

QUOTE(sonotme @ Mar 5 2017, 01:43 PM) It's normal. Seconded is just referring to which subsidiary or department you will be placed in. contract or permanent?

QUOTE(nakjadiDE @ Aug 10 2018, 09:17 AM) Points for you. If only i know the correct way to apply with them. it seems applying via website will never worked for me haha. need an insider meh? My wife, previously was working for contractor for 3 years & got recommended by the previous department head which she always deal with (well known for recruiting ladies) plus her dad was previous employee. So i guess she got some advantage there. While for myself, just like u said, applying via website never worked, guess i offended much of the department engineers that i dealt with previously cos im not the Yes boss, you're the client you're always right kind of guy, to the extent that newly awarded contractor wanted to recruit me but rejected by the guy who i always argue with hahaha.... QUOTE(husairi2032 @ Jul 21 2019, 07:16 AM) If the position is an upgrade from your current position in term of salary or accountability, just go for it. Hiring people in contract first seems like trending right now as company want to play safe to avoid they hire the wrong person permanently. But the salary difference between contract & permanent is quite significant.

QUOTE(husairi2032 @ Jul 22 2019, 05:11 PM) Really? Which is higher? Contract or permanent? But for benefits for sure the contract has less right? Of course contract minus the benefits. My wife's friend earns 2x of her G2 salary. This post has been edited by DuFfz: Jul 22 2019, 08:55 PM

QUOTE(fuze @ Sep 5 2019, 11:03 PM) IQ test? You meant online assessment? It’s not hard. Just tricky but you need to think fast as time is your only enemy. But don’t worry if you didn’t finish all, just focus on getting the most correct answers. If fail then that's it right?

QUOTE(fuze @ Sep 6 2019, 09:59 AM) Don't know how the marking really is, but many didn't answer it fully yet still pass. You need to pass the online assessment before moving to CBI. Or if you passed your CBI/SI, you need to pass this online assessment to get employed. I see..thanks for d info bro
