best way to avoid the urge to smoke when you see someone smoking is... take a straw, wet some tissue... then blow the wet tissue at the smoker, then run away. its fun, funny and will distract you from smoking! rclxms.gif

though I labelled myself as a smoker, I think I've not touch it for almost 2 weeks... but then again, I don't buy a pack and smoke all within a day.. tongue.gif

have a friend help you with it. have him light a cigarate and stick it in your arm everytime you smoke, 2 weeks tops you'd kick the habit.

the hardest thing i ever done in my life was quit smoking, but i done it on last year and no smoking till now. My routine was exercise everyday plus eat some snack while i felt really want smoke, it was tough.
