I paid in full last September but the online statement still shows that I owe them RM 28+. Kinda retarded that I still owe them money when they gave me the so-called final figure before I paid.

Wow PTPTN is really shitty. I paid in full (minus the discount) on September 15th but the discount was only applied (pelarasan) on October 30th so they still included admin charges AND insurance for last month.
It's only RM 28 but I find it very shady that they suddenly included the previous year's insurance charge in the recent statement. |
