My case much more worst.

I hv 2 loans which are foundation and degree.
So i lump sum pay for foundation loan via cimbclicks.
Then when i check the online statement, it stated that i have a new loan which is PHD.
I never apply for PHD loan, and it appears just like that, and my sum all went into the PHD account.
Therefore there are remaining amount in foundation loan.

Called them and went their office for more than 10 times, and this problem yet to be solved.
It had been 1 year++
