Hi guys, I've just bought this phone today 4GB @ RM860. But now I am currently facing a problem, is there anyway to show AM/PM in the status bar?

Need immediate help here, just now I was trying MIUI ROM, unfortunately my phone straight enter boot loop after flashing the ROM through. Then I flash back stock S123 ROM I get blank IMEI, completely no network. So regret doing this, and my bad didn't back it up == The phone only 3 days old, by anyway I can revive it back? I don't want send back to shop because I though it surely void my warranty. Noob shit, I don't trust custom ROM anymore !!

Although can recover using PC tools, but the phone have 2 SIM slots which means got 2 IMEI, and the battery and the box only have 1 printed, how can I recover it?

LoL, what the hell...? When I check my IMEI at Lenovo site it gives incorrect serial number. When I checked with IMEI.info it shows that my phone is Lenovo S920. Is it some sort of mistake or the phone I bought is fake...?

Is this China set? But why is it using S123_ROW International version of ROM? And why I only have 1 IMEI printed?







And the back looks exactly like this, only have 1 IMEI printed.


Sorry, the phone is not with me now, send to Service Center for repair already...

Is there any different hardware used compared with International version? My friend's 8GB version of P780 have Ingram Micro sticker on it and it's confirmed 100% original set. Maybe mine consider as AP set lo like that.

My phone no signal because bricked the IMEI (flashed different baseband and causes it to lose IMEI). Already sent for servicing need to wait 3 weeks though...

Sure you can, if rooted just use Link2SD it shoudn't be a big problem.

For updated Android version can't know for sure. But the GPS lock is fast due to A-GPS and longest takes 10 sec only.

Go to near Window, enable GPS positioning, open Google Map, see whether it locks your location or not. Normally will lock under <=10 secs. If more than that there should be some problem with the GPS or you must be in very deep inside building/underground.

Original set should be around RM800+- for 4GB, 8GB is kinda hard to get, it is around RM875+-. If AP set minus RM50.

Look for SIRIM and Ingram Micro sticker. That's confirm is original set.

Yes, there is I got mine 4GB version of P780 AP @ RM860 (I know overprice already, didn't research before buy). Few days ago I played with some ROM's end up with IMEI brick. RIL all doesn't work because of invalid IMEI. The most epic is I have just used it for only 3 days then send back to shop for service already. Due to AP set I might wanna wait 3-4 weeks. Damn, don't play with custom ROM of P780

Wrong baseband will result in brick. That's what I've to say because I bricked mine and don't dare play with custom ROM's anymore

LoL, when I get my first P780 it doesn't vibrate at all, go back to shop they 1 to 1 exchange for me, but few days later I bricked it sent back to the shop already for service again.
