the multiwindow one is china based.
almost if not all rom at  http://bbs.ydss.cn is based on china rom.
while rom at http://lenovo-forums.ru/forum/164-lenovo-ideaphone-p780/ is mostly international.
no big deal actually, both can be used on your phone. just u have to get right based rom before flashing custom rom.
