Anyway I wouldn't say yours is fake tripod. Just different model. My tripod has those Engineers "Level Bubble" tube which tells you if your tripod is 90 degrees or not for alignment. And its about 5 feet tall....model W330A.

generally, the picture lack some contrast, cure it in post processing, lots of software can do this.

if u dun wan to do it the hardway, use those simple one touch easy fix program like Picasa and etc.
