Wow. T3 Malaysia gave this camera the best ratings for ultra-zooms.... beating Fujifilm S9500, Canon S2 IS, SONY H1 And KODAK P850. Highlighted this as being the cheapest among the lot, having excellent ISO 1600 Setting and being small. The only comment about improvements is the pic quality but it still got 5 stars.....

After i read few articles & reviews, i'm planning to get this camera by next month. Before i do that, i'd like to hear some opinions from you guys who already bought this camera.

How fast is the lag between shutters? erm... after u take one pic, need 2 wait how long then can take another picture? what about the size, too big/bulky? is it too heavy? can i see some pics taken with this camera? specially the 16:9 ratio (wide angle)

Fujifilm 9500S is good but its in a different class IMO. They reviewed both in this months T3 Malaysia magazine which I think is wrong. The 9500S has much more manual controls and a movable LCD. Don't forget the higher Megapixel count(9MP). But its the price you have to pay for that that matters(>RM2400).

FZ7 is much cheaper and has a good lense. It has good features for an Ultra-Zoom. Overall, its better worth than the Fuji...but it depends if you need a plane(FZ-7), or a space shuttle(9500). Fuji is almost an SLR...My personal opinion.smile.gif
