QUOTE(mikeeeee @ Nov 20 2013, 01:37 PM) I've recently moved from Gnex to G2 after debating with myself whether a G2 or N5 should win my purchase. After considering all the factors, I gave up latest OS updates for bigger screen and bigger battery and i'm glad to say i've never regretted that decision. Well said bro.. I want to add about their features which i like. When we are Web browsing or doing something and if there's a call comes in, the small pop up window drops down and not completely obstruct or current task. I find this is very intuitive and thoughtful from LG..I don't get whats the hate of the back button, it really feel intuitive but of course you will need to get use to it first. LG have done something write with this phone, usability is very very high with this phone. I find myself actually using the phone more than tweaking the phone when i still using Gnex or even my N7. While there are some bloat wares but there are really some thoughtful stuffs LG have put into its OS. Having said that, you can't go wrong with both G2 or N5, both are great phones. Since I still have N7 to play around the latest OS updates, I chose G2 oh btw, G2 and N5 sizes are almost identical on your palm, only the bezel is smaller on G2. |

Hiiii just wondering I am currently in Canada and planning to order 1 from Google store
1. Do i get the choice to pick the International edition? (As I will be mainly using it in Hong Kong and Malaysia instead of in Canada) 2. Will the adapter/charger cause any problem? as far as I know different adapter is used in North america compared to Msia & HK. Wonder if the charger will work in Msia/HK? Also, how about the warranty? Thank you so much!! |

Also, how about the warranty? Thank you so much!! If I'm not mistaken, based on the news spread over the internet, the United State and Canada will get getting the D820 model from Play Store which is NOT LTE compatible in Hong Kong and Malaysia. So no luck for you. 2. Will the adapter/charger cause any problem? as far as I know different adapter is used in North america compared to Msia & HK. Wonder if the charger will work in Msia/HK? As simple as that. NOT compatible. You have to just pay few more RM to buy USB Charger local here or Hong Kong there. and of course, warranty is based on the place you bought. LG/Google no offer international warranty. So is recommend for you either buy from Malaysia/Hong Kong when you come over here, since Hong Kong Play Store is started to sell.
