Got fitness first with swimming pool and turn the old car park to cinema. Now they doing the engineering test c the structure can support the cinema boh.

Uptown no choice has to invest in traffic or else sure super bottleneck....Uptown mall appointed any retail consultant or they manage in house? What is the NLA?

Just visited Kiara 163 over the weekend, and they appointed Retail Network...NLA 150,000 sf

Yea u are right. SA said bumi lots only will be released after 50% construction done.

That means the 100+ units you mentioned are not bumi units then.

i tried my luck went to sales gallery at setapak with cheque book in hand, also they say ntg left for block J&H 762sqft soho duplex.... which bugger told me say got 100 units? bigger units and top of block E got la, but there isn't any that has been released due to loan rejection or drop outs leh..... i persisted that i want 1 more unit then they show me they still have a long waiting list....lol, i'm actually having mix feelings about it, first the bad side is that i cant get another unit of my desire, good thing is that the property is very hot lo.....

I never mentioned before lol.. based on what i saw yesterday, approximately 100 units are bumi lots that are pending to be released...

bumi lots will be released at least 1-2 years down the line, and you can imagine with the waiting list now what's the price gonna be like when it will be released. not to forget that the developer needs to pay additional premium for it.

I was surprised and in doubt when the sa told me this. Perhaps will be released stage by stage. He also told me the price of those bumi released unit will be 10% higher than the launching price. @@

What time u went? As of 3pm yesterday, block e level 8 821 sqrt ft still available

i went there around 2pm, didnt really look at block e as i'm only interested in the duplex units.
