Captain signed the spa 2 days ago and he said the freebie didnt include in the spa. Perhaps, they may need to issue us a separate letter for the freebie.

Captain cool bro, are u using the same lawyer ie Susana Lim, for spa and loan agreement? Wondering why SA told me we can't use same lawyer for spa n loan agreement?

coz initially the developer only plans to do retail shops.. but they may convert it into lifestyle mall now.. so the developer nits our blessings to do it if it does happen in the future..

I don't think high chance delay. Normal development is 3 years but this project takes 4 years, one year can do a lots of thing. Furthermore, the spa has not date yet.

i have also signed the spa. but the lawyer told me the stamping wouldnt be so fast. will be end of next month. restful gor, is it correct?

Bro, if your info is correct means Ekovest will do minimum ground work in the year 2014. Mostly likely it will start construction for Tower J first.
