Thanks Jagalat bro. Managed to book a middle high floor loan rejected unit of Blk E, KLCC view at around 580k after discount. Location and convenient wise, Eko Cheras winning over Eko Sky, however, if comparing the condominium facilities, Eko Sky may win over Eko Sky. Because what i know Eko Cheras only has pool and gym, or anything else that i missed out? However, i still chose Eko Cheras over Eko Sky due to my branch office is near by Eko Cheras. Hope i have made the right choice. Thanks again bro Jagalat.

SnP Legal Fee - free
SnP Disbursement - free

Loan Legal Fee - free
Loan Disbursement - not free

No one call me to collect the SnP. So far seems only Captain Cool has been called.

There are some bigger size unit left at block H and higher floor unit left at block E (a few are KLCC view). Psft wise is quite pricey as these units touch almost 790psft. If for own stay, I think they are quite decent unit. I wandering beside swimming pool and gym, what other facilities they have for block E? Any taikos here can input?
