Anybody know the ceiling height of the SOHO and Block E units?
*
Soho unit ceiling height is 18 ft as it is a duplex. Block E is between 9 to 10 ft as it is single storey.

Did the SnP spell the height of both lower and upper floors of a Soho?
I can only recall there is a plot of width and length in SnP.

The building is meant for a showroom for cars, per earlier threads.
One SA told me the building has four floors....

jmh assessment ... you don't have to agree...
1) The showroom is with 4 levels height
2) Nearby Taman Billion is sitting at a higher ground in general.
3) At least one row of three levels shoplots at Taman Billion

With all these buildings, BlkE's low floors like third or fourth floors may not be able to view KLCC.

Another way to estimate the height is to use the mrt railway as a horizontal ruler.
Per earlier threads, BlkE second floor units are having the same level with mrt. Per the scale model displayed at sales office, the mrt railway will passthru mrr2. If the railway is a horizontal ruler, BlkE's fourth floor will be having the same height as shoplots of Taman Billion.

But I tot all the blocks suppose to sit on top of the shopping mall podium? So let's say level 4 of block e is actually 4 floors plus whatever retail or mall below it which will make it level7-8's height? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes the blocks are sitting on top of the shopping mall podium.

From the BlkE model, here are the level allocation
(1) LG - Same level with road to Jalan Cheras
(2) G - "Main gate" of BlkE , a ramp from the road to get to this floor
(3) 1st floor - Shopping mall. Not sure about the height.
(4) 2nd floor - Previously residential but will be converted to shopping mall. Earlier threads claimed that this level will be the same level as MRT railyway.
(5) 3rd floor and above - Residence

So the 3rd floor will not be level7 height.

At least two floors are access-able to shopping mall.
For G and LG floor, I am not sure if these floors are connected to the shopping mall, as there should be path for parking entrance/exit between BlkE and retails.
