In fact Soho is really a good option for young generation especially gen Y n Z starts new small business ie professional services, online business. Having fun while working.. , good environment, lifestyle shopping mall, conveniences .. With public transport ie mrt n bus stop

What I meant was I already received the cash rebate 7% n the money already in my pocket and It is the same amount now in my pocket.

GST licensee tenant would prefer owner charge them GST so that they can claim it from custom as input tax.

However, SOHO means small office home office which target for small business or individual and very likely this group of tenant does not have GST licence. Therefore, they will prefer if the owner not to charge them GST as it is not claimable for them. It is just my speculation.

youcity is after toll. it means u need to pay toll. Although it looks like short distance between Ekocheras & Youcity. if you drive at 730am in normal working day from youcity to ekocheras and u will see the difference tongue.gif
