im not sure if anyone noticed youcity used concrete brick instead of red clay brick for such premium project?
Perhaps anyone here can clarify if concrete brick is better? And i think youcity is not GBI compliance? |

yes, the brochure shows only one exit for the duplex. assumption is the lift also wouldnt stop at the second flr of duplex and also it will be high ceiling in the corridor ....?.....

in fact selling at RM1k/sqf is reasonable also due to Velo will be selling RM1500/sqf after completion. Phase 2 launched last year already more than RM1k/sqf, and last phase- phase 3 wil be launching this year. Price at RM1300/sqf? .......
