I have always noted tht a hidden problem here is due to the lack of flyover into the central shah alam area aka sek 1-14 with very high spending power.. this crowd+bukit jelutong form the primary n highest spending catchment in empire subang as mentioned by their senior leasing member..

Shah Alam not necessary high spending power but its a good point that no access from Setia Alam to Shah Alam thoughts its the neighbor but not so convenient
