Please take note that this will be the 4th phone (aka spare) phone that I will be bringing alongside with 3 other Note 2. HTC One doesn't feel sluggish at all, but a dated CPU isn't what I want anyways. No iPhone 5s please, its hard to find Nano SIM prepaid in Bangkok What i've found: HTC One Max has the slowest processor Xperia Z1 has the worst viewing angle G2 has the best battery life G2's camera is better than Z1 other than low light performance One Max and Note 3 has off screen buttons Note 3 has a physical home button Z1's flash is pretty weak |

QUOTE(joytest @ Nov 15 2013, 02:33 PM) G2 seems like a good idea. Good price too. G2 lacks an expandable memory, plus my prior experience with LG phones, no matter how new they are, they do not have resale value. For an example my previous LG Optimus G, got it at $798 at launch around CNY period. Sold it 6 months later, $350. Plus, the amount of people looking for used LG devices are around 1/8th of the people looking for used iPhones. Then again Lumia 1520 is also s800 and 6". Otherwise Note3 I think it is good to mention the resale value of 2 other phones, iPhone 4 and Note 2. A 3 year old iPhone 4 32GB can fetch at least $250, typically $300 and higher for newer ones. While a year old Note 2 is still able to fetch around $500. Not a fan of WP and my previous Lumia 800 had a very bad battery life(imagine an S3 with 100% wakelocks) and limited amount of apps to be installed. Again, resale value is low despite a high price when buying new ($568 on contract) due to lack of demand for it. I guess the two suitable candidates are Note 3 or 5s. I'm confident that I still can fetch $700 after a year of using for the 5s by then I can get the latest Samsung device with minimal top up ($700 x 2.55 = RM1785) assuming the next Note costs RM2399 at launch. *($ = SGD) |

People would pick Sammy over LG any day. Surprisingly, G2 is selling well in US.I think it is good to mention the resale value of 2 other phones, iPhone 4 and Note 2.
