yup with no valid reasons lots delayed 1 day of auto renew, u notice got deduct credit coz of the surfing or not ?

first they will deduct ur free 50 mins first

then only start counting on the U- U free calls

example, u top up 30 and subscribe UMI28 today, u entitled 50mins free call for umi28 and 30 days u-u free call,
u call a umobile fren 60 mins, the 50 mins free call is finished, and extra 10 mins free from the U-U free call before 7pm

i wish they separate the usage eg. call u-u charged under free 30days call; call u-others charged under free 50mins call

Anyway the 50mins free calls are applicable for non U numbers and fixed line too.

And rm28 for 1GB Highspeed Internet is also worthwhile if your area is not congested during nite time.

These is just pure speculation as UM have been cutting benefits since their customer base have increased.

Just imagine, topup validity used to be 30 days for rm10, now it have been reduced have been reduced to 20days.

Call rates have also been increased recently while Network congestion have been very evident during peak period.

Many users have already ditched UM for DiGi latest Plan ~ 1DG MNP , rm18 for 1GB

before expired/auto renewed no deduct from credit, as all my data/call/sms within the limit.

Today check, unused call time & sms carry forward.

just weird on the auto-renew delay.

Clixster is dying cause not many ppl using it to gain the benefits and thats why DG started 1 DG MNP, Clixster is a MVNO of DG

Hardselling it here is to let UM Troopers knoe that UM is not the Best Choice nowadays and that they should not take away the benefits of early adopters of UM . Calls rates will be more expensive soon and Network congestion is getting more & more evident,

he mean u MAY mnp or jump to 1DG when UMOBILE is dying, sooner or later, becoz now the plan of umobile is still competitive, clixster is the cheapest 1gb telco now but with sufficient speed 384kbps only (but surprisingly can surf youtube smoothly with phone....), so ppl who demanding the cheapest cost of 1gb clixster could be sufficient, but i didn't mean that digi is not good... i would offer DiGi to customers that who really suit too, as always mentioned, there is no PERFECT telco but most suitable 1

I am using 4 numbers : 1 clixter (1gb RM17)
1 umobile Pay-As-You-Use plan ( monthly 0 as i only keep number alive, no monthly commitment, don't ask me how to get this )
1 celcom xpax24 ghost sim (unlimited data, YES i can ghost the sim )
1 hotlink (just to show customer how sucks hotlink speed in my area compare to umobile , NO OFFENSE to hotlink but ONLY MY AREA, my shop is with HOTLINK signboard now with no idea)

every telco also same 1 la, charge the thing they give u first, only charge the thing cost them less

postpaid won't be affected la, umobile rarely touch postpaid as postpaid customers very rarely do alteration with their plan unless super lame service

last time i have 4 umobile. that golden time umobile so stable and fast ..cheap too. then cut this cut that benefit . signal show H+ but page hardly load. end up 1 sim to c1m, 1 to xpax and 1 to celcom madvance. another 1 to hotlink just to get the free jersy, too bad 1 ic per jersy and i got 1 more set of bolananza hot ticket dono how to change jersy.

want germany but they only hv england (early of the stage already out and so not consider ), Portugal (not interest but likes the colour ), Netherlands ( support also but orange colour ...), so end up take brazil, so far only wear 2 times and i think i will temporary stop wearing it for a while .... you know ... i not expecting that result, i expect germany win but not that until that ...
