Hi there, I want to ask if I can remain my postpaid number and convert it to prepaid? I'm currently using U28 postpaid plan and I'm really interested in the new preapaid plan UMI28. TQ.

Around 50 can get u50 postpaid for 2gb 100 min to others and unlimited calls to umobile 

Still trying to con ppl huh... either that, you urself were con by umobile.

I use Umobile and Umobile does provide a great service and value to people. but i don see why they need to con/mislead people.

They advertise/tell people it is unlimited calls, but if we read carefully it is actually 100minutes to other operator AND 30 Hours to Umobile only. If customer exceed these limits, they will be charged for excessive usage.
(its writen and hidden inside their contract)

DIGI offers 100 Hours calls in one of their post paid plans and they dint even try to cheat/trick customers by labeling/calling it "unlimited calls". (sry if compared you guys with another telco. but i felt Umobile was intentionally misleading people)

Theoretically can, but just worry that sometimes it just fail for auto renew haha 

iinm, if there is failure on renewal day, there will be a retry the next day (last i check, umi renewal is set around 11:45pm daily)

just be careful (on excessive usage) if there is failure because there is about 1 day gap between expiry of umi <----> retry renewal.

actually topping up extra is a good idea too, but provided you can manage your PAYU usages properly.

NOT saying frequent, but 1 time failure might drain all your 140 credits 

i reloaded before the date and gets 4% extra credit, haha

My UMI 28 plan didn't get auto renew, I have more than enough credit. Now my credit is being 'eaten' cos of usage , data usage (WhatsApp ) I think .

What should I do ? Try to renew again ?

yup with no valid reasons lots delayed 1 day of auto renew, u notice got deduct credit coz of the surfing or not ?
first they will deduct ur free 50 mins first

then only start counting on the U- U free calls

example, u top up 30 and subscribe UMI28 today, u entitled 50mins free call for umi28 and 30 days u-u free call,
u call a umobile fren 60 mins, the 50 mins free call is finished, and extra 10 mins free from the U-U free call before 7pm

thats true for new plans UMI20, UMI30, UMI50.  the only old UMI38 remain
postpaid is U28, P50 and P70
