Question, would the warranty bit increased if i flash the file from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317105?

With 4.2.2, my fon already rooted, juz thinking whether i shud update my fon or not, u rite, basically with rooting, warranty already void..ok, will update my fon to 4.3, then root it..

Haha, i juz scared with this knox thingy, i dunno y i so scared with knox..i flash thru odin will be no problem rite? Damn samsung, this one will be my last samsung, after this, i will using only nexus fon

Yes..no problem with Odin.
Only thing is...you cannot downgrade your firmware to old non Knox bootloader. The flashing will fail without reason..lolz

any idea when will 4.4 be released for S4?
Its sad to see we just got 4.3 while others are heading towards 4.4.
Kit Kat is suppose to bring a lot of difference in terms of performance.

Do not update to 4.3 if you dont want KNOX. Use custom rom instead.
