I think for those who applied for 90% loan, your name is in the CC list and letter is intended to your lawyer.
For those 70%LTV or buy with cash, the letter is directly intended to the purchaser. nod.gif

i think the land plot highlighted in yellow is not the actual outline.
the other outline is the actual land plot for tropicana heights. northwest portion is actually slanting and getting further away from kajang 2.

Actually i just sign my loan document today. just know from my lawyer that my unit had been transferred from master title to individual title. i paid my mot in march. correct me if i m wrong.

Hi guys, I made a visit this weekend and notice quite a few changes and new construction going on smile.gif

A new HTC tower is spotted in K2, I think they are re-aligning the cable to make way for the new flyover to Bandar Baru Bangi.
There is a new pavement just before Nadayu. The existing road belongs to K2 land i think, thus a new road is constructed.
A signboard in TH "Future Connection to Bandar Tek, Slik and Lekas". looking at the layout, I think the blue line possibly the new connection, all the way to Hill Park hmm.gif
The road just before taman harmoni looks like having expansion

things are looking good with infras in progress. nod.gif

Pros and Cons bro.
Since the recent Fairfield 2 storey selling 800k and above, Strata terrace might sell close to 1mil.
More maintenance fee to pay as mpkj wont be maintaining whatever is inside

plus point is better control on facade, security and maintenance fee collection.

Besides paying maintenance fee, still hav to pay cukai pintu and cukai tanah. Supposing these cukai paid to local council to maintain the surrounding but since its strata title, residence still have to pay to maintain on their own too.

Heard that SouthVille Avens (landed strata) maintainence fee close to RM400 per month excluding club member fee, really not for ordinary "da gong zhai" to live in sweat.gif

If Avens charge RM400, how much TH gonna charge assuming including club membership hmm.gif

I have seen Metro Park sales chart before, looks like a "mountain to climb" for the sales team. Paloma is only the 2nd phase and they are trying hard to promote. Not to mention there are more subsequent highrise blocks to launch and psft is not cheap for Subang Hitech area.

Tropicana Heights will just take its time since Fairfield sales is pretty good. I think many are waiting for phase 2 launch.

They will just show hand whatever property they have on sale now including Trop Heights I think hmm.gif
