how many ppl from this forum are from Kajang?
I live here for more than 30 years.. there are changes happening from MCA to PKR during last 6 years.. those 5 yrs under PKR was Cikgu Lee.. I know alot of TH owners are not from Kajang... If its wasnt for his good work, PKR wont get landslide victory during 505 election ~7000 majority

There are other projects took very long time to fully sell every unit. Tropicana Heights has a long waiting line of buyers who just snap up the unit right after some one loan got rejected. Isnt it every project that are fully booked are bound to have release due to loan rejected? SEH also got loan rejected units.

Tropicana should be worried about their other projects like Metro Park which is still not even fully booked for their 2nd phase..

For Tropicana Heights, there are always ready buyers waiting.

Loan rejected is due to individual credit profile did not qualify the requirement. For Tropicana as a tier 1 developer, issue i think is more on buyer than developer.

to me, the under pass at silk highway make more sence for me as travelling via silk is more convinient to Sg Besi highway, serdang, cyberjaya. Despite the rm1 toll, traveling time will be faster.

The propose flyover to bbb road is good for those heading to bbb n putrajaya, but the roundabout n traffic light having mad jam during peak hours.

i am hoping the underpass to be completed as soon as possible icon_rolleyes.gif

You may try to contact Tropicana to look for any loan rejected units.
2 storey is a bit hard, my colleague visited the show office for 2 weekends but couldnt secure any rejected units and end up buying EcoMajectic.

There are not much new landed terrace development in Kajang itself. Kajang is going either highrise or Semi-D/Bungalow in places like Kajang 2, Tropicana Heights, Jade Hills and Prima Saujana region. More affordable new launch terrace only around Bangi and Semenyih region.

The subsequent 10% which is not part of the 10% downpayment.
For those whole applied for 90% loan, the 10% coming from your loan amount (so need to service interest later)
For those only getting 70%LTV, have to fork out the 10% from wallet liao.
