Formula for MOT
First 100k. 1%. +
Next 400k. 2%. +
Next xxx. 3%

If your property is 900k, mot is
(1k+8k+12k)=21k.

I initially thought is to pay around

Hopefully coming saturday lah, as we are

will have many satays at many phases
launches at TH and K2.
May be satay overdose.

Hope TH marketing team bring
back the balloon ride in phase 2
launch in june. The ride were cancel
on 15/2 due to strong wind.

Can the buyer have the choice to delay

getting the individual title if the
house is not ready? The 5 years rule
of RPGT also will not motivate early selling.
