updated to kitkat last week after that stuck at bot screen.. called htc hotline few times finally they admit its hardware problem. UPS should be picking it up soon. any idea how long it takes to get back my phone? its killing have to use my old hd2 for backup.

Don care about ht or sh, this just show which factory product it. The first number is year produced. The second number is month info. Month info 1= jan, 2= February,.......

Example for read it......
Ht38xxxxxxx mean august 2013 produced
Ht41xxxxxxx mean jan 2014 produced
Sh39 mean sep 2013 produced

hi guys, i am really interested to get this phone. been googling and the only serious flaw with the phone is the purple tint on low light conditions. other than that it is top notch.

read in some forum , batches september onwards is free from the problem. read in here, batches october onwards is free from the problem.

so can anybody confirm this? if yes then i can look at the serial number and buy without worries. well except for the terrible afterservice support from SiS.

just realized that my camera now captures picture/videos in normal lighting place with a 'greenish' effect... like ghost horror movies.

in low lighting place is great now.

yes take the gold one. new camera sensor module. no more purple tint issues.

Hi guys, I'm looking for recommendation for M7 casing. Currently using a black Momax hard back cover with very nice rubberized feel. Only thing is that the slim sides by the SIM card slot and volume buttons have broken off hence want to change. So far Isee case mate barely there is similar and YouTube says also got rubberized feel. Saw selling in digi Gardens.
Beside this, any other recommendation from u all and where to get the casing u will suggest?
I don't want those flip covers btw. Like minimalist /industrialized look. Don't mind slightly thick but not the otter box type. My phone is black color. Thanks in advance

what I notice after updated to kit kat...the wifi remain on even its already turned off. I can see this at battery history...the graph of WiFi remain on...before this, it will be off on the graph...anyone facing the same issue ?

as long as the batch is october onwards should be OK right? i am not too fond of gold color.

yes but problem is u can hardly get other colors after oct.
