Sent an email to HTC regarding my WIFI issue and this is what i receive.

Then i called the toll free number, their customer service knows nothing. Ask me restart phone, factory reset it. All i did already before hand. And finally says need to send to service center.

Tell me hardware problem, i insists that its is not a hardware problem because i can connect to other wifi connections, only my house one. See what they reply me tomorrow. I sent another email.
