HTC One v10?

Battery I think still more or less the same, after full charge of 100% it will dropped to 98% in a moment for no reason, just like 4.3. Last time when it was 4.2 after I use quite a while the battery will only drop from 100% to 99% and 98%. I've been quite sometime didn't see the phone stays in 99% of battery level. Not sure it is bug or what.

Hmm... I've yet to test the battery life. Oh for those whodididn't have any issues with wifi, how old is your router and what model is it? Mine is from the b g era. Netgear DG834G v3. Currently I'm connected to sub router which is Linksys E1000. Works fine with E1000. Maybe kitkat hates old routers lol.

The only WIFI I cannot connect is the one i use to download and install kitkat 4.4
I had tried restart router and etc, still looking for solution tho.

What WiFi are you on?

2.4 GHz or 5GHz?

802.11ac or 802.11n or 802.11g or 802.11b?

WPA or WEP or WPA2?

mine is AZTECH DSL605EW Wireless Modem, quite old @@

I set the WiFi frequency to Auto

not sure which 802.11n or 802.11b

I had tried 3 of these still same.


By the way, I can connect others WIFI with WEP type, so i guess that is not the issue.

Seems like after purple tint it becomes green tint
Sigh.. i have yet to send in for warranty claim on my unit, but seems like it's hopeless at this point.

if send to waraanty for camera purple issue are there will format our phone..

mine send for repair, they did format my phone.
updated to kitkat as well, no wifi issues, monitoring battery performance

Same problem here, cannot download the update!

Upgraded my newly replaced HTC one (because of pink camera issue) - still works fine (no wifi issues) - kinda potong steam because I was really hoping there would be more changes than air printing - white battery icon .....

There's Project Svelte in 4.4 kitkat. Gives you more tabs stored in memory in chrome!

i upgraded yest, really cant see difference , only battery icon, one printer sharing on/off, lock screen kinda change

no wifi issue, mine using WPA2,AES

hope battery is better
still purple tint, i will wait till my first year warranty near ending then i sent it
i brought from sen heng so got 2 year warranty

Also have the same issue, and then I found the solution here.

Go to Setting > Apps > swipe right to Running tab > find Updater > Force Stop and Clear Data. Try updating again. It fixed mine. Good luck trying.

Updated to 4.4.2 . Everything is ok .
But cant see any different with the previous (4.3) version.

Updated last night, no issues so far. UI seems a tad more responsive, could be placebo effect though.

New report:

All battery software cannot use, gsam, bbs or any related to wakelock cannot use.

After first battery life same as 4.3. Well need a few round charge then i know... Or my battery got issue

20% gone after 1 half hour moderate use.
