Yes it's green once it reaches "100%". Software bug? Because I will leave it to charge continually once green led pops out...and the battery will discharge 100,99,98,97...rather than 100----96 right away.

This is the standard art of "taichi" customers around. Never to buy HTC again? I think I will also jump ship to the Nexus series, unless HTC customer service surprises me.

Sent phone in on 23/12/13. Let's see what happens then. Stardard reply is phone under assessment and time frame is 2 weeks now.
I believe some write ups has mentioned the slow charge up once near full battery. Fast charge then nearing full will trickle down to help preserve battery life.

mine still the same. after 100% charged then not more than 2 mins --- 96% straight. btw how to check the camera module ?

Well i get good news from HTC. They agree to exchange one to one again for my case and as usual they wanna diagnosed the phone. Oh lord, another 2 weeks i need to be without phone sad.gif

I think not only One got problem, below is my friend's device which is Sony Z. It also having pink hue, which seems like more serious than my One.

BRO , HTC one got lousy customer service ... speak in phone alread so frustrating and when doing live chat .... they give respond so slow .... until now my phone havent fix ...
My phone 2nd week got problem which is the sync button can not click sync now for 2 apps which is the HTC ACCOunT and the weather
ask them to ganti it they give stupid excuse . now edy 6 months i give up liao tr to ask for warranty ... rm1899 wasted nice one HTC

by the way thier supervisor sucks so rude scold me !!! say cant exchange new one and say will give urgent attention to my case but bullshit liar say will call back me 1 day but 1 week til 2 month still no reply only send back phone SOHAI !!!!!!

FAIL LAR , i hope u guys can support me go complain that sh1ty supervisor in kl

I just Google and the result too many come out related to camera. At the HTC Malaysia facebook page, a lot of user really agree about this problem. Hoho yawn.gif
