Best is to have Sky Lounge with luxury design nice sofa to have drinks.
Bbq place I think it's located at facility floor or block C/D there.

Yea true. More development is good for country but bad for those old landed who stay at prime location for decades....

Stil got few shops r operating right now there not fully abandoned. If future it gonna be condo then really blame the authority who approve . The access wil be jam..
If there r few access then I don't mind another high end condo replace the shoplots (since it won't block CT block A&B view. Haha).

Already visited there and 2 units. Overall is good. If not mistaken visited 1500sf++ one was facing future bukit jalil city.
Lobby looks nice but not superb enough as the low ceiling perhaps.
I prefer lobby with very high ceiling.. and feel kinda cramped at the lobby and the lighting too dim..

Rainz psf is good just the entry high, can consider it for ownstay thou *if don't mind the high density n bad landscape view in surroundings.

Yea, as mentioned they r having 15% rebates packages (same like other new launches recently). Guess it applies to those phase 1 unsold units too.

Back to CT topic.
Why zalam so long never update the progress photos on their website? The website with appreciation dinner is way way outdated. Don't be lazy.
Owner need to know the CT progress from time to time, and it's also beneficiary to zalam since new potential buyer would love to see regular updates on the construction, otherwise where got confidence?

There will be a new Cafe "Le Gardenz Cafe" officially launched this 10th October, Located at Balakong industrial area, next to SegiFresh & very near to our Home Cloudtree. (Guess just 3 - 5mins drive). Really surrounded by factories lol.
Unique Container concept cafe, you can check their Facebook out. Just Found this on Sinchew newspaper yesterday =)

Hope there wil be more n more this kind of lifestyle & concept cafe in future in this part of cheras.
