Dear Chulk Kor/ Zalam,

It's good to see marketing dept is doing their job aggressively to promote cloudtree. But there are too many similar website on Internet which might confuse potential buyers. Info shown on different website may be different. It's okay to create a new website for Cloudtree to promote this project but please kindly link it to Cloudtree Official Website instead.
Website do represent the image of the project and zalam itself too. I highlighted this as I just received an email.

It's okay to promote this. But make sure info is accurate and do state the official cloudtree & zalam website on their own site.

And one more important thing.

Where the website got my gmail contact?
It's kind of privacy (thou I don't mind).
Since there are alots ppl registered on cloudtree official website and also those new created SA CT websites. Our details should be kept safely and confidentially.

Zalam should email or send a letter of "Personal Data & Protection act) to all owners and registrants regarding this matter. It's serious crime of sharing our details to outsiders especially for other purposes.
This letter I did received from several developers this year. Zalam should do the same. Just suggestion TQ.

Thanks Eric to highlight your concerns, we owner also wish to know the answer/feedback from zalam on this. I'm sure there r stil uninformed info been kept by them to owners.
If the land next to our Block A&B & infinity pool is high rise apartment then it's not exclusive anymore and not overseeing the forest reserve view. All views wil be blocked by it. Then the exclusivity of Block A&B definitely gone, price not justifiable too. IF the view from pool blocked by a condo which same/similar heights as our blocks. I'll reconsider whether to stay or sell it for better one.

Luckily our balcony block A&B not facing it then.
If that's the case, suggest the infiniti pool pls pls move it to the opposite end where facing the Villa/Central Valley/Clubhouse. It would be far much better view then facing other apartment balcony/wall etc.

That's piece of big land there.

I believe in future there wil be another apartment right infront of Block B north before those mahajaya landed. Perhaps. Will wait and see.

So normally I wil edit abit with simple apps before I upload.

Private lift is impossible. But since it's 4units per floor. (2 lifts)
The lift lobby can be beautified by same floor owners. Flowers n plants =) that's stil early to think of this.

Just hope Zalam treat this project as benchmarks. Make it as high end condo...
Eg the lift should be like this from their Walk tru Video:
Marble floor tiles and nice design for the lift (above photo)

Not like below plain design one!!!!: I wil cry@

Yeap it's a nice project with premium price ofcuz 900k above.

It's quite similar to CT if they add in private lift and cancel the Block E Astoria. Ofcuz the price wouldn't be the same d la..
After deduct Block E, phase 1 only 368 units~

630psf x 1513sf before 15% rebates.
After 15% discount is 530psf, same as block Astoria lol.
But their unit bigger 1513sf.
Our 1545sf should revise pricing d since without any furnishing at all.
Rainz have alots branded furnishing. Great.

8% discount DP + 4% + 2% + 1% upon drawdown til VP.

Cuz too high density over there. And all bad facings. No views at all and kena blocked by bukit oug n z residence unless u get super high floor. Block A&B facing kesas are the best as no obstructed views as Kiara 1 is kinda low rise. (That's why sold out too)

Went there to have a look on the show units. Cons: living hall too small for 1513sf. 1772sf onward would be better...

CT block smaller unit priced at 520psf after rebates too
So their unsold 1545sf price need to be revised d otherwise would be same price as the prime location as The Rainz.
U wan prime location with walking distance OR 4 units per floor 1545sf with 1.5km mrt station? Buyer think and choose.
