The info if very misleading.

it is very dangerous info. People using it to make decision. Dupe ac creat with this intention.

I realised this when read v3 post.

Then show us who is the dupe.

Really..what's the point for us here to argue argue argue for nothing? Yes from the first thread, before I paid booking already felt some might be from SA to promote CT (u can check back 1st thread).. I was asking if I should go for it since so "hot" the topic.
Well by ignore thise dupe, I finally decided to pay a bookin after study the details/concept/layout/pricing which met my requirement. Once booked I've been following closely on CT thread meanwhile seeking for other new potential prop which could change my mind? Like Petalz, ekocheras, ecosky, jadite, etc. (you can check those threads hehe)

This thread here no doubt might have some dupe but at least i got all my info needed and all my question being answered professionally. This thread for me to voice out my concern on CT,poor main access, potential highrise infront, troublesome to go clubhouse from block A, AI photos, scales models, show house. All I also been chasing and complaining.

I think what we can do it know who is dupe here and try to ignore their comments if the comment is not supportive or useless. But if the dupe provide firm info enough for buyers that's fair to us. And I also don't see any dupe here keep praising CT until sky highhhhhh.

I don't see a point to remove the thread where the information given was correct, accurate and helpful to buyers. This is the only thread having so close communication between buyers and the SA/Zalam.

Bros, now ady page 10++ (10% of 100pages), now I know why our thread has been so fast! As we everyday chase, complain, chitchat bull shit here and there since MAY yet we still donot know when is the Launch Day! Within 2 days 10 pages. What so hard to reach third version, since I almost follow the 3 threads closely everyday and know what they all discussing.

Banana keep saying info is misleading and he tot everyone like him never use brain to think. We are mature enough to differentiate what is right and wrong If he keep talking about who is dupe, think within today we can reach ver 4 ald....

If the info is misleading then do a favour by pointing it out to other forumer, by posting facts or whatever info to correct the mislead info.

Forum is a place or platform for everyone to post/share their view or whatever.
Moderating team is to ensure discussion is going in proper way, mod team is not a "judge" to say which post is right or wrong.

So if really want to help out and prevent the mislead info by dupes
1. Correct the misleading info, by posting a correct info, pointing where the mislead posting is.
2. Report the dupes.

You're purely assuming that potential purchasers can't think, verify and make decisions is definitely a funny one. People like KV and doom on many occasions had pointed out some of the cons of this projects, requesting for certain improvement which is readable to everyone, potential buyers included.

I doubt we're all here trying to spend more than half a million stuff simply by listening to others. I guess you might have missed the part where many potential purchasers will wait for all finalized details before applying for loan as well?

Same goes to me, after I placed the booking only I re-activate my account to join this big family to get the latest update from CT/the other buyers.
I think the possibility of misleading someone to buy just because of reading this thread is quite low.

because the way i see this thread is totally just bunch of ppl complaining and request for improvement of the development.
the property is not launch yet, nothing is confirm so wats is misleading?
if the property is launch and all details are confirm den there will be misleading info..

Anyways in short, if project is bad, no matter how the SA promote it marketing it chasing you asking you also won't change our mindset towards the project....

I think chulk kor should ask their SA not to involve in this thread. Just provide solid info to buyers here will do.

It's not foolproof way. If one has to change his IP every time he posts, it will be very inconvenient. He better consistently uses the same nick with the same IP. One of these day, he might got himself confused and posted with the wrong IP, and then info will leak out.

The inconvenience will make it less likely for dupes to come up. And the effort of implementing the hash is low.
