QUOTE(tikaram @ Jan 21 2014, 08:31 PM) Maybe they over borrow , high risk?. Or ct oroject high risk? Bank does the necessary check if the project and developer risk is within comfort zone before consider to be the panel bank.High risk for bank. So need to do more checking. Individual over borrow or high risk, maybe. |

Maybe banana should suggest this to zalam:
If you kena lucky draw grand prize and you are driving bmw, audi or merc, you'll get another BMW as prize. If you are not driving bmw, audi or merc, your prize should be an ipad. That should keep pisang happy.. |

QUOTE(tikaram @ Apr 4 2014, 02:24 PM) We have responsible and not so responsible developer. Well, this is the time that we'll tell if the developer is responsible or not. Responsible developer will acknowledge and rectify the situation (cleanup, repair..etc).responsible one welcome to bring progress and not so responsible one bring flood not welcome at all. Like that also dont understand? well tell your above statement to the taman people there. Tell the kids that no playground for them now. later they will forget about this. Non-responsible developer will point fingers at the sky (for raining), ground (for the loose soil) ............so the evaluation begins. |

tikaram,
Do you have an expectation on raising this flood issue among the buyers here? How or what are you expecting the buyers to react? If this is aiming for the developer instead, perhaps you can PM them instead. Eg chulk. Or give them a call, Zalam has a number on their website. * oh btw, i am not from developer too |

Sounds good. However, if they would have a proper boundary defined, that would be excellent. Else, it will erode to a very small piece of land which they still call 'forest reserve'. Military has already taken some land within the 'reserve'.

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jul 30 2014, 02:20 PM) I definitely won't walk la since stay so high at block B, walk to entrance also need 10mins. Haha. Ya, like WOTP shuttle bus to nearest public transport. But whatever "extra" facility added, it goes into monthly fee. Unless they have shuttle bus. Or most probably either me or wifey take mrt, I fetch her to nearer mrt station. Just few stations to KL. =) Don't like mrt station too near to our home. Too Zhap Resident would probably agree with a scheduled shuttle bus. Long more time to go. By the time MRT line 2 appears and operational, it is up to resident and JMB to rubber stamp it. Hey, even share the same bus as WOTP by having them run a circular route. |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jul 31 2014, 04:56 PM) Your passive income must be over the mountain. Property rental in msia, but allowing you to spend retirement in AU. Wa...ok its a "dream", i understand.I have a friend from UK, spent most of her working days in SG and at the end, bought a seaside house in Sri Lanka and retire there. Ok i guess her pile of saved money could sustain her in Sri Lanka. |
