I believe there's stil several units available for sales one. Marketing tactic ma. U think those recently launch project declared 80% sold upon launching is Fact? all newspaper stated project sold 80 or fullsold was true? I doubt so. (recent example, Lakeville)

I did clarified with SA JOY, around 5-7 units available only, not 10. Well still lesser than 10 units available.
