Photo is always nice ...if taken from the intended direction that is photo worthy. Congrats if you've taken a unit that didn't have another block view within the same Jadite suites development. I am sure CT have quite some units without a blocked view too. I am sure CT too have some angle of HTC view too like Jedi.

Not sure who wants to lawan with you (as we all know even the best lawyer in internet also lose hands down), but even if Jedi view is nice, its too late for you to convince CT buyers to buy Jedi. ..or you are intending to fish for potential Block E buyers to flip your level 8 unit.

I remember the time i went to visit Jedi and nearly book a Jade Hill 2.5 story link villa instead. Somehow wasn't captivated by Jedi, maybe force isn't strong enough.

MRTA and MLTA are covering mortgage owner. if anything serious happens to them, mortgage payment can be settled. House insurance is different and normally the bank would impose a yearly mandatory insurance premium payment which would cover fire as basic, not really theft (unless you require it).

Anyway, as for your question on hardship for subsale buyer on SPA price; actually it really depends how much the investor wants to make out of it la. The SPA price is for sure the undiscounted price, but that is a small difference compared to how much the investor are intending to price it for subsale.

Subsale buyers will eventually get a new SPA price based on agreed selling value.

"long ago sold out" means loan probably approved, SPA signed..etc. The "miracle" you were looking for is some developer locked units (if really there's any) were released.

Potential buyer just need to be smart enough to get in touch with SA to get the latest info n book the most desired unit for themselves. Not depends on the info here (for Sales figures I mean).

According to JOY LEE SA:

Block C - Fully Sold
Block D - 2 units of 1545sf
Block B - 3 units of 1269sf (Top floor)
Block A - 2 units of 1269sf (not sure which floor)

May not 100% accurate, some might be loan reject units etc.

Total 368units

7/368 units = 98% Sold for phase 1

Block A-B higher psf hence stil got few units. surprised to see 1269sf avaiable, not the big 1545sf (but 1545sf only 23units per Block la)

Yeah, typical typical sticker game. Mostly happen more on condos. By the time they release it, just in time for discounts to be expired.

From what i know, directly north of CT are the landed resi. Change of plan?

Well, if you look at the wikimapia, that side of the forest has been cleared. If it was reserved, they cannot touch it. Moreover, the clearing seems earmarked for something. Unless they were making effort to strengthen the slope there, that's a different story.
