Yeap months back in Thread version 1, petzone was the selling point to CT.
But he said wont stated clearly in our S&P. So just proposed and nothing finalized yet.

haha....anything not state black n white can be empty promise.....

for me the real attraction for CT is the low dense design, and horizontal layout design which usually only can be seen in very high end condo design development...and also freehold and reasonable distance to kl....

Yea these are the reasons I stil consider this despite there are some doubts or worries.
Unless there are other similar one around! do keep me post too.

not sure about the launch date, should be next year...their Saville at old klang road, melawati and bangsa south...all looks not bad..and have high appreciation upon complete...

well bro, due to boleh land issue, i have to make this clear:

we cant promise anything in black and white that we will allow pets in the condo.

but doesnt mean you cant do that.......

i am not in position to comment on this bro, anyway jmb is the decision maker.

cheh, means actually all depend on JMB and community lo...nothing related to developer...

so this petzone actually is kind like marketing,..every condo can have petzone as long as JMB agree and approve.

from the first version i oredi pet zone is a marketing gimmick

ok ma.. can hv jungle trecking at the back of CT.

But I know some condo in KL (especially majority is chinese resident), the JMB will just open one eye and close one eye for pet as long as it does not bothering neighbor. Those PV in Setapak, few condo in MK and PJ. Nothing to worry about as nobody can predict what will happen tomorrow.

ya, some of them still keep some small pets...but petzone means can bring your pet to this area and nobody will complaint...somehow seems like zalam not able to make this happen..

Sounds like it's more towards marketing strategy. Some pet-lovers might be disappointed
