i just heard from some bank agents friends, without DIBS and high RPGT, many new projects especially condo which plan to launch next year, developer  already revise the launching price from high side to more reasonable price range....include this Saville@ cheras....so stay tune la...

From vina group, They said the DIBS n promotion still remains at the moment. No any changes thou?
Is that true?
differ developer differ way of dealing things? hope zalam decide it asap on the packages,.

vina is already offical launch, right? so all the official agreement is oledy done between developer and banks before budget announce.

CT until now still no official launch, might still pending approval... maybe not even have solid black n white agreement on DIBS with banks yet? just my thought..

Hmm, the only person that can verify our identity is Chulk la. Even if a lot of dupes, what's the difference?

Why I feel like version 3 becomes even livelier than other versions geh? haha
