Each eggs with york has around 7g of protein and 5g of fat.

After ur weight conversion = 114.4lbs

114.4/6 = 19 (ard round up)

5 tb spoon of ur oat i assume theres around like 6g of protein and 40g of cabrs. so u can take like 2 whole eggs.

Break1st - Oat 3 spoons
Tea break - Plain coffee
Lunch - Low fat milk / K bar + fruit
Dinner - some brown rice + vege + meat

I got problem drinking enuf water, even i tried my best only cn max 2L/day... average abt 1.5L. I love plain coffee & greeen tea as my water source, any problem with it in long run?

Btw, Im 166cm & 55kg gal, my diet plan ok for lose weight?
*
55kg = 121lbs

protein needed for the day = 121g
protein needed for each meal = 121/5 = 24g (round up)

break fast -- insufficient protein (add in eggs perhaps?)
tea -- coffee only? add in some protein here
lunch - k bar? those sugary bar? not a very good choice, fruit and milk is alright, again, somemore protein here
dinner -- Throw the brown rice to either ur breakfast/tea/lunch and consume only vege and meat or some beans.

u do any exercise?

yea i know was a bit worry about that but its like the easiest calories source i can find  cry.gif

that amount of olive oil is harmless bro. wat u got to worry is ur carbs intake and sufficient protein intake. dont go overboard on ur calories calculation u might end up bulking up fat more than muscle.

protein u need, 1g to per lbs of ur bodyweight
carbs u need, around 1.5 to 2 g to per lbs or ur body weight
fat around 0.3 to 0.5 of ur body weight

and tune around the carbs intake and change according to ur progress. Fat is alot safer than carbs, but if u exceed ur calories intake, it will still make u fat instead. Remember 1 g of carbs/protein = 4 cals, 1 g of fat =9g of cals.

Thanks for the info bro! I'm new in bodybuilding, hope to get more guidance on this. biggrin.gif

U already have a diet plan, wat u need to do is just to tune around. The time that you can take carbs without really worry about fat gain would be ur breakfast and postworkout or u can take like 50% of ur total carbs intake for ur postworkout and the rest u can split it throughout the day except the prebed meal. Good luck buddy!

Just a reminder, egg yoke do have fat, dun forget to calculate that in ur diet smile.gif

I just found out that my fat exceeds 0.5 per pound limit, like 2-3times more.. Its the olive oil and egg yolk. They are the main source of calories. Im trying to do a 3000 calories diet..

btw i always get hungry when i wake up, so i wonder if i should eat slow digesting stuff like oats or cheese, or is there other alternative?

I'm currently 50kg, my aim is to bulk up till like 65kg.

thanks!

i m 78kg and my calories highest in a week is only 2500 - 2600, if i take up to 3000+ i will become a fat ass which i had been one before and tat time i tot bulking is to eat alot with the stupid calculation of ur bodyweight in lbs x 16 + 500. Eat wat u need.
