does anyone has any more info on KM2? I thought KM1 = KM1, KM2 = the link2 and KM3 = Covillea. if not anyone has any idea if it will be big unit like KM1 west?

Bj has too lil landed. Dev should build more landed n forget bout high rise. Tis ll further preserve the value of current props as well as increase the future price.

Don't think any developer will do landed in BJ proper anymore. Land cost very high, can only maximize with high rise.

Boss, landed costs too high for the dev and land utilization in very prime area like Bkt Jalil isnt easy.

Say, if given a 100 acres land and built a DSTH 22x80 or 24x80, even they sell more than 1.2 mil each and sold out, the marginal is too less for them and the parcel of the land has higher future expected gain.

Landed development now will be go as far as like Kajang, Semenyih, Klang and Rawang for affordable cost, selling price and demand too.

Ya lor. Tats wat I think too. In Econ pov, no Dev willing to do so. If they do so, regardless of malton or berjaya, it's not gonna b a correct strategy for their future mall. Too bad.

The difference was that most of the Block A "good units" were taken up by internal Berjaya people. The public has less chance for choice units although 10% cheaper.

So, for Block B, the popular 791 sqft are selling like hot cakes because the public has more choices now to choose from - their preferred floors, unit number etc.....

Anyway, I think the golf view will be fabulous rclxms.gif

Finally they hint about KM2. Which I think is the best location of all and they leave it to the last. The total area at KM2 is slightly bigger than Arena Green if you look on the map and they facing is also good. Unfortunately, I failed to upload the photo here even I tried many times.
