thanks alvinchipmunk for the update. looks like buyers prefer the bigger units again for block B (791sqf vs 667sqf), which extends to the general public n not only staffs n biz associates who gasaked all of 791sqf units for tower A although the 791sqf units costs almost 100k more.

think berjaya initially marketed the 667sqf units as 1+1r (1 bedroom + 1 utility) before calling it a 2 room unit.

Looks like not so hot compare to TowerA...due to price increase > 10% and launch not on weekend?

Part of it due to price increase and part of it due to weekday launching. Let's see how is the sale on this weekend. 25% sold consider good.

DDD camp's definition of "Flipping"
- so long you sell house, you are a flipper
LOL

So if sell stock, then stock flipper? Of dun sell, keep to collect dividend? Or buy 51% to control company?
If stock flipping is norm, what's "wrong" with property flipping?

Property flipping doesn't add any value to aggregate economy except assets inflation and pricing affordable house beyond people reach.

Means many of the weekend sales are impulse buying.

This is Seng Gung technique... They don't mind selling slowly for 2nd block... If all units sold out, they ppl siting at showroom there on weekend , doing what wor? Block B Price up jor, ppl (not their staff) will have time to think n choose... IMHO, When time goes by (most properly by 2014 year end or earlier)will be sold out eventually... When they launch another 3 more blocks opposite, u shouldn't have chance to grab any unit in Link 2 by then.

About the shop lots.... Is it Seng Gung Brand again? But they are mostly there opposite KM1 .

Right, but stock punting does? I don't see anyone chastisising stock players. Does t make sense, does it now?

Stock trading is a source of fund for company.

The rise or fall of stock price doesn't effect the welfare of general public directly.

How to justify this?
When I bought my 2nd property in 1998, those prime areas like Tmn Desa and Bdr Utama are beyond my reach, so move further to Puchong, Puchong was considered a "lousy" area at that time, but house cheap, there was no amenities.
The problem with the house buyer now is many are reluctant to stay further away in Semenyih, Sepang or Klang
