Yup.....bukit jalil need the 2 new malls to be successful, Berjaya to seng gung, Aeon to open...cbd, new schools etc etc

Far from it. Bj got very limited of land you can roughtly calculate all future launches. Is no where near mk

Sorry those condo next to Bkt Oug is not part of the bj. Yr future launches will be link 2 phase 2- 3 blocks, jalil city 6 blocks + 1 or 2 blocks if service apartment, km2 -2 to 3 blocks.

yes agree that land in BJ proper is very limited..
moreover smaller units are quite scarce

If same price, then buy KM1 lor..
Covillea sub sale could only achieve max 90% of the current mkt launching price
Buyer buy fr developer becoz they hv 3 yrs to play around, hopefully after completion, increase in construction cost (+GST) will push property price up some more

yup, thats right.
the legal fees, MOT etc etc for subsales is also another factor.

however, shouldn't under estimate the rental income, its around 50k for 3 years.
