IMHO, Berjaya has its supporters. Sooner or later, all units will be sold out... Now they are busy building KM1 East + Link 2... & hand over vacant possion of KM1 west.

KM1 East is super monster huge and luxurious! Balcony reminds me of 5 Stones haha...it's a good thing!

Ya MV already proven the best, adding the MRT will further boost the sales. As an investor point if view, shd you consider Setia Eco City or Maltin Jalil City for service apt? It is 50:50 to me, a very close heavyweight fighting!

How much is the selling price and size for Setia Eco City?

Personally I think Setia Eco City will still preside over Malton Jalil City given its megascale together with Mid Valley which offers lot of shopping choices, and central location and proximity to affluent KL North etc. PJ, Bangsar, Damansara, the inclusion of public transport hub (KTM, LRT, MRT) to pull crowds.

Roughly, Setia Eco City should be valued at least 1.4-1.5x of Malton Jalil City.

Just my 2 cents

I think he has a fair comment. If given a choice for similar investment, sure most will pick mid valley over bukit jalil.

Called up lawyer last 3 weeks to push for my SnP but they are still clearing up block A first. Mine is block B. Haven't followed up since.

Any block B owners have gotten their SnP?

Yes, the right is reserved by developer, the time frame for date of expired will show on the Offer To Purchase form.

But since the lawyers is signing SPA for Block A first, thereof Block B will not expired when they are still signing for block A purchaser.
